Executive Director¶
Oversees the operations of the Community and advocates for Residents, Employees, and Family Members.
Assisted Living Coordinator¶
Responsible for the overall care management in the Assisted Living Community, supervising care managers.
Health Care Manager¶
Responsible for the management of the health and wellness of Residents and coordinates Physician and other medically related services.
Reminiscence Coordinator¶
Responsible for the overall management of the Reminiscence Neighborhood including care managers, activities, and family support.
Activities Program Coordinator¶
Responsible for recreation and activities in the Assisted Living Community. Also manages our Volunteer Program.
Dining Services Coordinator¶
Responsible for the overall dining services operation including our kitchen, bistro, and dining room.
Director of Sales¶
Responsible for assuring a smooth move-in process for Residents. They are also the link between our Residents and the broader community.
New Resident Coordinator¶
Responsible for assisting the Director of Sales with a smooth move-in process for Residents and assumes their responsibilities during their absence.
Maintenance Coordinator¶
Responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for Residents — including maintenance work, preparing rooms, performing safety inspections and repairs, and managing communications and safety systems. Also responsible for housekeeping of Resident rooms and community areas.
Business Office Coordinator¶
Responsible for generating resident bills and handles most billing issues.

Concierge¶
Greets visitors, handles telephone calls, and helps residents make appointments. Acts as liaison between Residents and Family Members with staff and the community.
Lead Care Manager¶
Responsible for supervising care managers in each neighborhood and provides assistance with activities of daily living for our Residents.
Life Enrichment Manager¶
Responsible for recreation and activities in the Reminiscence Community.
Care Manager¶
Responsible for providing care, assisting our Residents, and communicating with Residents and their families.
Medication Technician (Med-Tech)¶
Responsible for the administration of our Residents' medication.
Housekeeper¶
Responsible for maintaining cleanliness of Resident rooms and our community spaces.
