Front Desk & Access¶

Concierge Hours¶

The Concierge is on duty from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM daily. The front doors are unlocked during these same hours.

After hours (8:00 PM – 8:00 AM): Ring the bell at the front door and a staff member will meet you. Please see the Concierge for the door passcode.

Signing In and Out¶

For the safety of all residents, all guests and residents are required to sign in and out at the front desk.

For Residents¶

• Leaving for a doctor's appointment: Ensure you have the appropriate paperwork from the Wellness Office so our nurse is aware of all medical updates.
• Going out overnight: Inform the Concierge, who will notify appropriate staff and ensure medications and necessary supplies are prepared for you.
• If no Concierge is on duty: Notify the Lead Care Manager.
• Going on vacation or away for an extended period: Notify the Assisted Living Coordinator.

For Guests¶

Guests must sign in and out in the sign-in/sign-out book near the Concierge's desk.

Smoking Policy¶

Smoking is allowed on the outside patio areas only.

To ensure the safety of all residents, residents who smoke are required to leave cigarettes, matches, and lighters with staff.

Keys¶

Each Resident is given one key to their suite.
